- 3/4 hp low reduction gear motor, which feeds a chain-driven sprocket attached to the spit rod;
- 1-1/2" angle iron frame, with adjustable stanchions;
- Stainless steel spit rod and all stainless attachments; the drive gear is keyed to the spitrod with 2 set screws; the stems of the counterbalances and forks are inset welded - not face welded - adding to the overall strength of the unit.
- All components are fully adjustable to accommodate different size roasting weights (up to 150 lb pig/other meat);
- Set up over existing fire pit or on cinder blocks ;
- When the pig or roast is done, the spit is easily removed from the frame and becomes the means for carrying it to the carving table;
- Each Ultimate Rotisserie is meticulously, individually hand crafted;
