THE ULTIMATE ROTISSERIE FAMILY MEMBERS

Meet Joe and Claudia Russell of Williamstown, NY which is  "just up the road" from UPR, Inc. They became Ultimate Rotisserie family members in May 2011.

They built this beautiful fire pit ...

36 chickens on Joe's own adaptation to the Ultimate Rotisserie

Joe wrote us:

"The rotisserie has been great.  We have had 2 pig roasts this summer and 1 chicken bbq.  I made an attachment that slides over the shaft of the rotisserie to hold chickens. My rig held 36 chickens that were about 3 to 3 1/2 lbs each.  One of our pigs weighed around 140# and the other around 110#.  These pictures are the 110# pig.  The 140# pig came out with the same great results.  No problems with any of the roasts. I also included a picture of the pit I made."
